1. Prices:
Prices are given in Euro and are valid inclusive the official VAT. Prices are valid till 31.12.2006. Beyond this date, there may be price changes in some parts.

2. Payment conditions Germany:

3. Payment conditions Foreign countries:
Per credit card charge (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) at the day of dispatch with our Money-Back-Guarantee. There is an option of forward payment by international bank transfer (W. Strobell GmbH,IBAN: DE76 2405 0110 0000 0679 91, BIC: NOLADE21LBG). Goods will leave after money is credited on our account.

4. 14-days Money-Back-Guarantee: (expansion 4 weeks to foreign countries):
All goods bought at Lionhorse.com/Reitartikel.de are subject to our Money-Back-Guarantee as listed above. This means that with our international customers the goods have to be returned or exchanged in a newly state 4 weeks after they have arrived at the customer. In this case Lionhorse.com W. Strobell GmbH will refund the complete salesprice directly after having received the returned goods. Excluded to the guarantee are goods, which are specially custom made or have been turned into personalized goods as e.g. embroidered articles. Also this includes articles, which have been excluded of the Money-Back-Guarantee specially by W. Strobell GmbH at the day of sales. The Money-Back-Guarantee is binding only if the goods have been returned to W. Strobell GmbH in the same state they left our mail-order-office without any damage.

5. Deliveries:
Deliveries are made from Lüneburg in Germany, if not otherwise agreed to. Transportation takes place on invoice and risk of the customer. Insurance of the transported goods will be done only if specially agreed to by the customer and are on account of the customer. W. Strobell GmbH cannot state a granted delivery date or guarantee each delivery at all due to the dependance on the suppliers ability to deliver to us. Claims for delivery cannot be accepted. In such cases a prepaid salesprice will be refunded at once to the customer.

6. Freight:

Freight costs Germany, Suisse, Austria and Denmark:

Freight charges are inside Germany Euro 4,95.

Freight costs Europe:

Freight charges to eropean countries are Euro 19.- (f.e. UK, Spain, Italy, Austria etc.)

Freight costs outside Europe:

Freight charges to countries outside of europe are Euro 29.- (f.e. USA, Japan, Australia etc.)

7. Right of ownership:
The delivered goods remain property of W. Strobell GmbH as long as they are not completely paid in any kind. The customer is not allowed to sell the goods to any other third party or put a mortgage on the goods which are not completely paid. If the customer is selling goods from W. Strobell GmbH, he or her has not completely paid, it is only possible, if the salesprice is being forwarded directly to W. Strobell GmbH.

8. Tax-free-shopping:
Customers coming from countries belonging to the European Community are allowed to buy net-prices without VAT if they can present a valid international VAT number, which is normally given only to registered companies. Customers coming from other countries outside the European Community (like the USA) will be refunded if they have their invoice stamped by German customs on departure and send this invoice back to W. Strobell GmbH within 10 days. Beyond this period the VAT will be charged from the customers credit card.
